DESCRIPTION
This is the true wild rocket, known for its stronger, more peppery flavour compared to the cultivated variety. Ideal for salads and garnishes where a bold taste is especially preferred. The plant is smaller, with narrow, deep green serrated leaves that grow in abundance and should be picked in succession. Easy to grow and full of flavour.

GROWING INSTRUCTIONS
Sow in a sunny location from spring after the last frost through to late summer. Sow thinly in fine soil 10mm deep in rows 30cm apart. Thin seedlings to 20–30cm apart. Keep moist and weed-free. Harvest young leaves a few at a time to keep the plant producing throughout the season. Cover in autumn to extend your harvest.
