DESCRIPTION
White Pak Choi features broad, rounded dark green leaves with crisp white stems and an upright growth habit. Produces tender, loose leaves around 15–20cm long with a mild flavour, perfect for oriental cooking. Can be harvested young as a cut-and-come-again crop or allowed to mature. Cold-resistant and ideal for spring or late autumn growing. Quick to germinate, usually within 7–14 days.

GROWING INSTRUCTIONS
Sow seeds directly into a prepared bed from March to September, around 2cm deep. Best grown direct as transplanting bare roots is not recommended, as this can cause the plants to bolt. Thin seedlings to about 30cm apart to allow room for growth. Water thoroughly after planting and during hot spells. Harvest from June through to November. For a continuous supply, sow every 2–3 weeks.
