DESCRIPTION
The true rocket with a stronger flavour than the cultivated variety. Ideal for salads and garnishes where a punchier taste is preferred. Smaller plants with narrower leaves than standard rocket. Deep green, serrated foliage produced in abundance and best picked in succession. Easy to grow. Certified Organic.
GROWING INSTRUCTIONS
Sow in a sunny location from spring after the last frost through to late summer. Sow thinly in fine soil 10mm deep in rows 30cm apart. Thin seedlings to 20–30cm. Keep moist and weed free. Harvest young leaves regularly and the crop will continue producing. Cover in autumn to extend harvesting.
