DESCRIPTION
A hardy and reliable heirloom cabbage, well-suited to colder months. January King is cold-tolerant and perfect for overwinter growing. It has excellent flavour, is crisp and crunchy, and forms beautiful purple and green heads that are as attractive as they are delicious.

GROWING INSTRUCTIONS
Sow Indoors: March–May in seed trays. Transplant when seedlings are around 10cm tall and have been hardened off.
Sow Outdoors: April–June, ideally in a seed bed. Transplant into a prepared, fertile bed once large enough.
Water young plants well until established. Space plants approximately 60cm apart and firm in well.
Harvest: November–March.
