CAULIFLOWER ‘ALL THE YEAR ROUND’
A hardy, popular variety producing large, solid white heads up to 30cm across, surrounded by deep green leaves. Rich in nutrients including iron and manganese, and a good source of antioxidants. Sow in spring (March–May) or autumn (October) and transplant when seedlings reach 15cm tall. (50 Seeds)
BULGARIAN GIANT LEEK
Fast-maturing, top-quality variety with long white stems and light green leaves. Sweet flavour and very hardy. Sow in early–mid spring, either directly or in trays. Transplant pencil-thick plants into 4–6 inch deep holes, spacing 8 inches apart. Earth up as they grow to blanch stems. (50 Seeds)
BRUSSELS SPROUTS ‘EVESHAM SPECIAL’
A reliable English heritage variety producing medium-sized, solid sprouts of excellent flavour from September to December. Sow early indoors or direct in late spring for an early crop, or midsummer for an autumn–winter harvest. Transplant when seedlings are strong and after frost risk has passed. (50 Seeds)
